For most families, the school day begins and ends on a bus. That is why our transport service is managed directly by the school — not outsourced to a contractor — with a dedicated transport in-charge who is reachable by phone throughout the day.

Our fleet covers Jagadhri, Yamunanagar, Radaur Road, Bilaspur Road, Chhachhrauli and the colonies in between. Every vehicle is fitted with GPS, speed governors, first-aid kits and fire extinguishers, and is inspected before each session by a certified mechanic.

What Is Fitted on Every Bus

GPS Tracking

Parents receive automatic SMS alerts when the bus reaches the stop and when the child boards or alights.

Onboard Camera

Each bus carries a camera with 15-day recording, reviewable by parents on written request.

Trained Attendant

A female attendant travels on every route and hands younger children directly to a listed guardian.

Emergency Kit

First-aid box, fire extinguisher, emergency exit and the transport in-charge's number displayed inside.

Charges are based on distance slab. Route allotment is confirmed at the time of admission, and stops can be adjusted where five or more students request it.

Morning Pickup

Buses depart the depot between 6:00 and 7:00 AM depending on route length. Please have your child at the stop five minutes early.

Afternoon Drop

Dispersal begins at 2:35 PM in two batches, with the primary wing leaving first under attendant supervision.

What We Ask From Parents

Our punctuality depends on cooperation at every stop. These few rules keep all 18 routes running on schedule and keep children safe.

Children must reach the stop five minutes before scheduled time; buses wait two minutes only
The bus ID card must be carried daily and shown to the attendant
Only the guardians listed in the transport form may receive a child at the stop
Route or stop changes require a written application submitted three days in advance
Transport charges are payable quarterly along with tuition fee, irrespective of leave
Discontinuation of the service requires one month's written notice
