Bhagwan Parshuram Public School was founded in April 1989 by a group of local educators and businessmen who felt that the children of Jagadhri deserved an English-medium school that did not compromise on either quality or affordability.
The first session opened with 84 students, six teachers and two rented rooms near the old bus stand. There was no playground, no laboratory and no bus — only a shared conviction that good teaching, done consistently, would speak for itself.
Three decades later, that conviction has produced a 4.5-acre campus, 68 smart classrooms, more than 14,000 alumni and a reputation that brings families from across Yamunanagar district to our gates every admission season.
Every milestone below began as a request from our parents or a need we saw in our classrooms.
Bhagwan Parshuram Public School begins with 84 students from Nursery to Class III, six teachers and two rented rooms in Jagadhri.
The school moves to its own two-storey building with twelve classrooms, a staff room and the first small library of 400 books.
Classes VI to VIII are added along with a combined physics-chemistry laboratory and the school's first computer room with eight machines.
Our first secondary batch appears for board examinations and records a 100% pass result — a standard we have held ever since.
Science, Commerce and Humanities streams begin in Class XI, with separate physics, chemistry and biology laboratories.
Six buses begin serving Jagadhri and Yamunanagar, making the school accessible to families from surrounding villages.
Every classroom is fitted with a projector and digital content library; teachers complete a year-long training programme in blended teaching.
A 400-seat auditorium, basketball court and full-size playground open, allowing inter-school tournaments to be hosted on campus.
Coding and robotics enter the regular timetable from Class VI, supported by a dedicated lab with 3D printing and electronics kits.
The school completes 32 years with 68 smart classrooms, 120+ faculty members, 18 bus routes and a 12,000-book library.
A retired government school headmaster who mortgaged his own land to open the school's first building.
Designed the school's first curriculum and trained three generations of our teaching staff.
Led the expansion into senior secondary education, smart classrooms and the STEM programme.
